At Chira Solutions, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital service delivery, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation by Customer
- If a project is canceled before work has started, a full refund will be issued.
- If the project is canceled after partial work, a proportional refund will be provided based on completed milestones.
- No refunds will be issued once the project is delivered or hosted live.
2. Cancellation by Chira Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel a project in case of non-cooperation, non-payment, or breach of terms. In such cases, a refund will be processed at our discretion.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
